Delivery & Returns
Shipping is for free and we deliver within 5-7 working between Monday to Friday and weekends or public holidays are not included.
BEHROOZI delivers door-to-door to all nine provinces within South Africa.
On check out, you will need to indicate the physical address and area code within South Africa where you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in connection with the delivery. Deliveries are done between 8AM - 5PM
Note: We do not deliver to PO Box address
Returns / Refunds Policy
All products sold on the BEHROOZI website generally carry the applicable supplier or manufacturers warranties (if any).
BEHROOZI has no objection to exchanging or refunding goods where it is legally required to do so under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

For Bank Transfer please start by placing your order and once you have received your order number than you can use that as a reference alongside with our banking details when making your payment.
